Both a hit and a miss

Extremely clean, very comfortable room and the warm welcome from the friendly owner. Breakfast was fantastic and generous, a great start to each day!

While the location was close to the sea front, we struggled a bit with parking, as the street spots were quite limited and may add a hassle at times.

The room was new-fashioned and equipped with the 'private exterior bathroom' and kids etc as described. I appreciated the great design here. The location was good and lovely, stuff where helpful. I usually went to Dickson Pizza to grab a bite.

Everything was good, including its family atmosphere. The room was spotless and modern and featured coffee/tea making machines, a seating area, and a writing table. The bed was very comfy & the staff there were fabulously friendly and helpful.

The Family Room with Private Bathroom was spacious and beautifully decorated. The large double bed felt really comfortable. Enjoyed the nice hot shower with clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The highlight was the breakfast. A full English breakfast, cooked perfectly, along with plenty of options like cereals and fresh fruit. The hosts were very accommodating, even arranging for a special breakfast setup for my 3-year-old. The location felt quiet, a little away from the main attractions but still easy to reach the tram stop. Finding parking was slightly challenging at times. My overall experience was fantastic, and I'd certainly return!

Couples looking for comfort

Room was superb,, far more roomy than others I've stayed in. The breakfast was superb,, cooked to perfection.

It was a bit pricier,, but definitely worth it.

We booked a double room and it was spotless, lovely beds. Street view was a bonus.

The setting of hotel was particularly good and lovely, within walking distance of all the attractions. The staff and the host were all fantastically friendly. We enjoyed it and would use them next time.

The family room was clean and offered a pleasant sea view. Loved the thoughtful treats left for our child, like a fruit shoot and chocolate. Breakfast was a highlight with generous portions and variety!

My kids wished the parking situation was better.

Don't miss out on the freshly cooked breakfast options. They cater to all tastes, making every morning good.

The spacious room was perfect for hanging out, and the breakfast had great options to fuel our days. We explored nearby attractions like the beach and the tram rides. The hosts were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

One downside was that we had a bit of trouble with the parking situation, which could be inconvenient at peak times.

The breakfast was really good, especially the vegetarian options. Try to book in advance for better room choices.

A wonderful stay with comfy beds and their breakfast was fantastic! The decor was slightly dated, but the overall value was unbeatable. I would definitely return!
